this summer, the hilarious sex comedy MISS MARCH was released on DVD. It premiered in theatres on March 13th & ranked Top 10 in ticket sales across the country that weekend! This R-Rated FOX SEARCHLIGHT film stars Trevor Moore & Zach Cregger (from “The Whitest Kids U' Know”) plus Craig Robinson, Cedric Yarbrough & Hugh Hefner. I play Crystal, Craig Robinson’s main groupie. What I encounter in this film is shocking, but the script was so funny I couldn’t resist! Its guaranteed LOL funny!!

the romantic comedy LOVE FOR SALE is now available on DVD. It's also been airing on BET every couple of weeks since May 13th. It stars Mya, Jackie Long, Melyssa Ford, Jason Weaver, Angell Conwell, Essence Atkins, & Clifton Powell. I play Dedra, Mya’s know-it-all-about-relationships aunt. We filmed this in Wilmington, North Carolina in the Winter. (“Brrrrr!”) I’m super excited about this film because I was also an Associate Producer on it! It's R-Rated, so if you want to see it uncensored & without commercial interuptions, I recommend getting the DVD at Wal-Mart, Blockbuster, Amazon.com, or Netflix.com.

the Nigerian-produced comedy HURRICANE IN THE ROSE GARDEN was released on DVD. It stars Tangi Miller ("Madea's Family Reunion"), Pascal Atuma, Aloma Wright ("Scrubs") & me. I play Anabel, Pascal’s love-stricken secretary. I chose to look real goofy in this film because of my character’s storyline. Click here to watch the trailer.

I modeled for another HARLEQUIN ROMANCE NOVEL cover. I forgot to ask them which book title it's for, but I didn't forget that the male model I posed with had zero body fat! His name is Max Philisaire & although we were placed in sexy positions, he was a perfect gentlemen. Here's a sneak peak at a few unretouched proofs. I'll post the book info & finished cover later.

I guest-starred on an episode of CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM & it airs all week on HBO. I freakin' love watching this show so being on it was truly unreal. My scenes were with Larry David, Vivica A. Fox, & the ridiculously hilarious J.B. Smoov. And there was no script so I had no way to prepare. Even though my 1st scene was cut, I adore this episode from beginning to end! Hilarious!

I walked the red carpet for Norwood Young's MICHAEL JACKSON THRILLER BIRTHDAY PARTY at his Youngwood Estate in Hancock Park. There was a 7ft replica of Jackson's glove placed btwn 14ft statues of MJ & Norwood! There was a giant king's crown on the roof & a jumbo-tron over the front lawn showing Norwood & MJ's music videos. In the backyard there were live performances, incl. an MJ look-alike, Thriller goons, & a 14-piece live orchestra. Unfortuanately Norwood forced all the food servers & bartenders to close down during the preformances so I was deprived of food. :-( But as soon as the show was over, I was lucky enough to get back in that looong chow line & get some grub. Bill Duke, LisaRaye, Niecy Nash, Vanessa Williams, John Salley, Flex Alexander, & Shanice were amongst the attendees. I eventually had a great time. Norwood really knows how to throw a party!

I walked the red carpet for the premiere of the documentary film JACKSON 5 IN AFRICA for the closing night of the Downtown Film Festival LA. The film had been "lost" since it was shot for CBS back in 1974 & the editing was never completed. Therefore there were a lot of technical issues with the movie but it was still cool to see Micheal Jackson on his 1st trip to the motherland. Esp knowing how hard he worked for African welfare later in his career.

I walked the red carpet for the SEASON 6 PREMIER of PROJECT RUNWAY at the Remedy Lounge in downtown LA. The event was nice, even though they promised to feed us & it never happened. I'm grumpy when I don't get my snacks. :-) Once again I was styled by Tasha Monique Carter of TMCFashion.com and her outfit was a big hit. They wrote about us on StyleCritics.com

As an ordained Reverend, I officiated the wedding of Pattianna Harootian & Gregory Walters. The matrimony took place on a gorgeous yacht so I dressed in a sailor mini-dress with a priest collar! The weather, the setting, the loved ones, the bride & groom; everything was perfect that day. My sermon was full of tears & lotsa laughs. Soon I'll post the video so you can consider how

I walked the red carpet for the film REACH FOR ME directed by LeVar Burton for the Centerpiece Gala of the Downtown Film Festival LA. Great piece with Seymour Cassel & Alfrie Woodard. LeVar Burton played Kunta Kinte in ROOTS. Maybe that's why I can't find any red carpet pics posted from his event :-/

I walked the red carpet for the premiere of Spike Lee's PASSING STRANGE for Opening Night of Downtown Film Festival LA. I saw my girl Angell Conwell there. This movie was basically a musical stage play brilliantly written by a guy named Stew, with actors who could put Hollywood's highest paid to shame! I walked the red carpet for the screening of KISS AND TAIL: THE HOLLYWOOD JUMP OFF. It was a docu-drama about video hoes like Karrine "Superhead" Stephens produced by Norwood Young, narrated by Wendy Williams, with appearances from various rappers & Arch Bishop Don Magic Juan. Funny stuff! It was obvious Norwood & Darius McCrary had some things to get off their chests. My girl Claudia Jordan met me up there. I almost couldn't go in since my date didn't bring his ID, so this 1st pic was taken outside. (SMH)

I walked the red carpet for the NAACP THEATRE AWARDS PRESS CONFERENCE at the Los Angeles Theatre Center in downtown LA. The event was hosted by Brian White, Elisa Neal, & Hosea Chanchez. We were served breakfast & then they announced the theatre award nominees. I'm so proud of my friends who received a nod.

I co-hosted the VENICE BASKETBALL LEAGUE (VBL) in a skirt, on skates every Sunday on the Venice Beach basketball court. Noon till sunset. 10 streetball teams battled it out for the grand prize of season 2. With live DJs, free admission, sponsored giveaways, slam dunk competitions, & halftime audience contests, it was fun for the whole family! And then I walked the red carpet for Busta Rhymes, Benny Boom, & Cisco Reyes's BET AWARDS AFTER-PARTY at Cabana in Hollywood. And then at 3am I attended STEVE RIFKIND's BET AWARDS AFTER-HOURS PARTY at Union Station in Downtown LA. The next day I stayed in bed ALLL day. BET weekend wore me out!

I had just been on the golf course in the hot sun for HOURS that afternoon, so I was kinda tired at this event. My dress was a hit though. I walked the red carpet and golfed at the 3rd Annual Power to End Stroke BET AWARDS CELEBRITY GOLF TOURNAMENT at Angeles National Golf Club in Sunland, CA. Anthony Anderson, Elise Neal, Alex Thomas, Beverly Johnson, Cisco Reyes, Malik Barnhardt, Doug Christie, & Dwight Freeney were some of the celebs in attendance. This was my 1st time putting, & I did the 18 holes in high heels! It was a long day, but Cisco, Malik, & Rashe Dorsey made our group fun.

I choreographed some funny Jew-hop dance moves for BRO MITZVAH, a paraody music video for MTV. It was part of a TV pilot for Bobb'e J Thompson (the kid from "Role Models" & "Idlewild"). The song is brought to you by the same guys who created the hit videos "TSA Gangstaz" & "White People Problems". I co-hosted the Knockouts For Girls CELEBRITY GOLF TOURNAMENT to benefit KO4G.org charity. This was a fun filled day of golf & prizes at the beautiful Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort. (www.ihgolfclub.com). Chris Judd, Deon Basco, Dante Basco, Chris Spencer, Craig Hodges, & Buddy Lewis were amongst the celebrity golfers. Was my born-day!! I celebrated on May 29th by throwing a big BURF-DAY LAKERS JAM at Robano's in Toluca Lake. We started off by watching the Lakers win the Western Conference Finals. Then we got the dance floor crackin'! Celebs like Guy Torry, Regina King, James Lesure, Danny Trejo, Richard "Shaft" Roundtree, Affion Crockett, Cisco Reyes, Malik Barnhardt, & a couple hundred of my closest friends came thru. I went sky-diving with KnockoutsForGirls.org members Pattianna Harootian, Wendy Augustine, Lydia Castro, & the U.S. ARMY GOLDEN KNIGHTS. The Golden Knights flew us to Yuma Arizona, trained us, flew us above the army base & then dropped us out of the sky from 14,000 feet! Whew, what a rush!
