It's always good to give our digestive system a break from all the processed foods and cooked animal products normally consumed. Since I'm currently on the DHERBS 20-day herbal cleanse, all I can eat are raw vegan foods. I've posted about my RAW TACOS SHELLS before, but here's more info on the filling ingredients, plus a camera-phone pic from last night's raw dinner. The "meat" is seasoned almonds, and I made the "cheese" from raw cashews. Each were mixed in my food processor with oils & spices, spread on a romaine lettuce leaf, and then topped with mango-pineapple salsa, avocado, fresh tomatoes, and olives.
